Webcast Metrics is Internet radio's only 3rd party audience measurement system using real data.

One of the primary benefits the internet provides is the ability to know how many people are listening to any given station. No longer do radio stations or advertisers need to rely on an estimate based on surveys or panel behavior.

Ando Media collects both server and client-side data working with any content delivery network (CDN) and converts this data into traditional radio metrics including average quarter hour (AQH) and Cume information.

Stations receive login information to access their audience data via their personalized Ando Station Control Panel online. Through this Control Panel stations can monitor Real Time Data and Historical Audience Data including the number of listeners connected and review listeners connected for any custom period they wish to review or compare.

Various reports are available from the console including:

Age and Gender Index data

Real Time Data

Real-time data is gathered in 5 minute snapshots 24 hours a day

Drill-down options

Stations can review individual station information and view how audience builds throughout the day.

Historical Data

By collecting log file data Ando Media is able to calculate TSL (time spent listening) ATL (Average time spent listening), AQH (average quarter hour audience- The average number of persons who listened to a station for a minimum of five minutes within a reported daypart), Cume (the number of different persons who listened to a station for a minimum of five minutes within a reported time period).

Clients may log in to their web based Ando Station Control Panel and view audience information by various dayparts, by hour, day, week, month or year to date for each of their stations or their network as a total.
